  • @truthverify-i never said the majority of marijuana in america comes from mexico, i said that is the majority of what they move. neither you or i knows what their profits are. if it hurts their trade any way to legalize it, i'm for it but that isn't the only reason i'm for legalization.

  • @trust_verify-i didn't try to make this into a debate about immigration, that had already been brought up several times. i care much more about the innocent people who are dying over there and wanted to make clear that these aren't just drug dealing thugs who are dying.

  • for those who think this is a drug dealer issue, you are wrong. they are killing innocent people, young and old alike, who go to rehab facilities. they go in and kill them all. one of the officers, killed in a raid, had his entire family killed the next day.

  • i am mostly disturbed by the amount of dna evidence from guede and that he only got 16 years. didn't he also appeal? if so, why didn't they ask for a life sentence for him? something isn't right. even if amanda had knowledge, the prosecution seemed to have made a deal with the wrong man.

  • @the way-anyone bashing the kershers are not helping amanda or rafaelle. no family of a murdered child wants the wrong person, or people convicted. they believed, based on the investigation and the prosecution that the right people were tried and convicted.

  • well, i can't agree completely with either of the preceding comments. we are not all troy davis. if he didn't kill the police officer, he was also convicted of a previous shooting that day.

  • hey defense. i completely agree! there is a ridiculous number of people in prison for marijuana and an excellent point you made about locking up "deadbeat" parents.
